Flame Thrower Writing

In writing we have been learning about using wow words. We watched a slow motion video about a flame thrower. Then we brainstormed wow words and similes to describe the flame.

In writing we use blindfolds so we had to use our other senses. We called out adjectives. I found it hard to know what it was and what i found easy was to eat it.

First Mrs McG blindfolded us and we had to use our senses, except sight to describe what was in the bowl.
I found touching things I couldn't see challenging because I didn't like the feeling.

In cybersmart I have been learning about being responsible with chromebooks.

- First we put our prior knowledge on a padlet.  Then we buddied up and created a {poster or infographic} about being responsible with chromebooks. I found it hard work hard.
